All methods of reserving require VISA, MasterCard, or American Express payments at the time of booking to secure the transfer. When you receive a confirmation number, the booking is actually made and likewise confirmed. If you don’t get one, please let us know.
A Banff Sedan® representative will meet you at your arrival gate with a sign indicating your group name. If your representative is not at the gate, please check-in at the Banff onDemand® desk on the arrivals level, area B. Please be sure to advise the desk agent that you are there for a charter transfer.
Quotes are good for 24 hours after receipt. Please respond within this time to ensure availability.
Cancellations more than 48 hours prior to travel will receive an 80% refund. After that time bookings are non refundable.
Changes to reservations will be accommodated as best as possible, but cannot be guaranteed. Change fees of $10/change apply.
Flight delays happen. Your booking includes 30 minutes of wait time for flight delays. After that time has expired extra charges will apply at $20/15 minutes. Unless prearranged, if a 2 hour flight delay occurs we will depart and all charges will apply.
Cleaning fees may apply if the bus is left in poor condition. Bodily fluid clean up has a minimum $500 charge to compensate for cleaning and vehicle downtime. No smoking is permitted inside company vehicles.

Banff Sedan® is not responsible for delays caused by weather and road hazards. In the rare event of a missed flight or event due to a vehicle breakdown compensation is limited to the cost of that leg of travel.
Although we love animals and are fierce defenders of their rights, due to allergies and so on, pets are not permitted with the exception of service animals.
Luggage Allowance: Our luggage limit is similar to that of most airlines: 2 pieces of luggage and 1 carry-on. Ski and snowboards must be in a ski/snowboard bag. Sporting equipment are included in your luggage limit. Bikes must be packaged in a box to prevent damage during transport. If you are travelling with a bike, boxes, or any other oversized luggage items please contact us.
